NSD/St. Jude Charity Crop
I am so pleased to announce that our previously postponed Scrappin' for St. Jude crop is BACK ON for May 2, National Scrapbooking Day! Honestly, I can't think of a better day of the year to get together with all the scrappy people that I know and have a whole day of creating and cropping.
The crop begins at 9 am and runs til 6 pm. That's NINE WHOLE HOURS to crop your heart out! There will be door prizes, a raffle drawing (or two), a silent auction, and awesome classes taught by some local scrapbooking instructors.
The crop fee is $20, and this helps to pay for our location (Country Place Restaurant on Lewisville Road), lunch, and a donation to St. Jude Children's Hospital. Participants are also asked to take part in our Scrap-a-Thon by asking your friends, family members, coworkers, and anyone else you can think of to sponsor you with a flat donation or a per-picture or page pledge.
It's going to be so much fun, and I can't wait to see all my scrappy buddies and all their scrappy buddies there!
